7-ELEVEN AT SPACE COAST TOWN CENTER

Located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Milky Way and US 192, this 2.04-acre gasoline station will consist of a 4,840 square foot convenience store with 7 gasoline pumps equating to 14 fueling stations, and a car wash. Laredo Taco Company®, an authentic quick-service Mexican restaurant, will also operate out of the 4,840 square foot convenience store. If approved, 7-Eleven would be the only gas station allowed to operate in the Space Coast Town Center because the site is situated within a master planned community.

DUNES AT HERITAGE LAKES

Located west of I-95, east of St. Johns Heritage Parkway and north of US 192, this 73.66-acre property has a total of 146 single-family lots. A traffic light will be installed at the main entrance on St. Johns Heritage Parkway shared by both the Dunes and Eden at Heritage Lakes.

EDEN AT HERITAGE LAKES

This apartment/single family rental community is on a 27.10-acre mixed-use parcel located west of I-95, east of St. Johns Heritage Parkway and south of the Ellis Road interchange. This gated apartment and rental home community will have 275 cluster homes and 98 apartment homes for a total of 373 dwelling units.

Epoch Apartments

Located adjacent to Promise in Brevard at the cross section of I-95, Minton Road and Norfolk Parkway, this 14.69-acre apartment complex will have 5 buildings with a total of 280 units. Amenities will include a clubhouse, pool area, playground and pet park. 

Greenleaf

Located west of Minton Road on Carriage Gate Drive, 55 single family lots have been proposed for the 23.27-acre single-family residential development.

INTEGRA APARTMENTS AT HERITAGE COMMERCE PARK

Located at the northwest corner of St. Johns Heritage Parkway and US 192, the 16.02-acre gated apartment complex will have 10 multi-family residential buildings for a total of 319 units. Amenities will include a clubhouse with a fitness center, pool area, dog park and walking trail.

MISTER CAR WASH WEST MELBOURNE

A site plan was recently submitted for the proposed 5,381 square foot car wash tunnel with 22 vacuum stalls. Located at 1160 W. New Haven Avenue, demolition of the existing building will occur prior to the start of construction.

SPRINGHILL SUITES AT WEST MELBOURNE INTERCHANGE CENTER

The project area is approximately 2.92 acres and is located within the West Melbourne Interchange Center (across from Wal-mart on Hollywood Boulevard). The project consists of a new 128 room, 75,698 square foot 4 story hotel.

Take 5 Car Wash

Take 5 Car Wash is located on the corner of Minton Road and US 192 and will replace the previous 7-Eleven. This site will have a 4,164 square foot car wash express tunnel and a 1,196 square foot oil change building with two lanes.  Demolition will occur prior to the new construction. 

Towneplace Suites at Hammock Landing

The project area is approximately 2.53 acres and is located within Hammock Landing, near the AMC CLASSIC West Melbourne 12. The project consists of a new 95 room, 58,000 square foot 4 story hotel.
