NOTICE is hereby given that the City of West Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida, has called for Public Hearing(s) to be held as follows: West Melbourne Board of Adjustment, May 26, 2022, 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the Council Chamber located at 2285 Minton Road, West Melbourne, Florida.
The purpose of these hearing(s) will be to consider a request for a conditional use and as provided in Chapter 98, Article III., Division 21.Community Redevelopment Area Districts (C-NH and C-W) – C-NH Commercial New Haven District, Sec. 98-831. – Conditional uses, of the Code of Ordinances to allow for a clinic use for Broader MRI facility to perform MRI procedures at 1930 Dairy Road in the Oakwood Square Business Center located on the west side of Dairy Road, and north of U.S. 192/West New Haven Avenue on the following described property:

The public hearing(s) may be continued to a time and date certain by announcement at the scheduled hearing without any further published notice. All persons wishing to be heard should appear in person at these hearings or send written comments to the City Clerk. All persons and parties are hereby advised that if they should decide to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at the public meeting or hearing described in this notice, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, said person or party may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Chapter 286, Florida Statutes).
